26 <p>While this is a relatively small project, it is incredibly important for reactionary software. As I explained in <a href="/mercurial.html">my post on Mercurial</a>, programmers who use Mercurial are likely to have good reactionary programming values, so a good Mercurial hosting service would be the best imaginable way to attract good programmers to the Reactionary Software cause.</p>
