8 Changing icons required including a javascript file and setting the "icons" option. This is confusing so I got rid of the "icons" option. And I added icons/famfamfam.js as an option which is the default.

10 Added examples/min.html and fixed defaults of 'style', 'width', and 'height'. 'width' defaults to 600 and 'height' defaults to 300. The dimensions of the textarea aren't used. This guarantees a reasonable default.

18 Remove minified. Donald Knuth said "The real problem is that programmers have spent far too much time worrying about efficiency in the wrong places and at the wrong times; premature optimization is the root of all evil (or at least most of it) in programming." This certainly applies to minification of static files that are cached in the browser anyway. Not only is this pointless but it makes debugging more difficult and forces a build process. But of course modern scum programmers love this because they love pointless complexity.
